1. What is her business about?
Her business is selling handmade, jewelry chains, rings, wallets, earrings. She makes many accessories such as: colored balls, charm, fabric, machines and tools to manufacture her product. An added value is that she offers her product from city to city through a courier, or she can send her product to other countries.
2. When did she start her business?
Her business started in 2013 in Mexico, then she returned to Ecuador in July of 2015. In Mexico she had her own studio and now in Ecuador she makes the jewelry at home.
3. Where did she study or learn to do chain, bracelets, handbag?
She liked to made jewelry when she was 20, but her career began when she went to Mexico to study jewelry design, she studied approximately 2 years to graduate.
4. Which is her market segmentation?
The main market that she has: Men and Women, for any age. Now she has manufactured and focused on jewelry for men, because men like bracelets with anchors, or their favorite team.
On other hand, in women because they are detailed, they like bracelets, chains, wallets.
She sells its products around the country, and sometimes sends its product outside the country with courier.
5. What media does she use to reach the customer?
She uses social networks, because for her this kind of media are very important today not only in Ecuador, also around the world. Instagram she has 4411 followers, where she upload a photo per day. Facebook has 4946 followers.
6. What is her vision?
Her vision is to buy her own local business or find a place in Guayaquil, because she make all jewelery at home and she wants to be the best designer of Guayaquil and Ecuador.
